By enrolling your child in weekly tutoring services with Learning with Lawanda, you agree to commit to services designed for one academic school year. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could require you to discontinue services.

Notice Requirement:

If you intend to discontinue tutoring services, you are required to provide one week’s written notice to Lawanda Banks at Learning with Lawanda. Please notify the facility as soon as possible once you determine that services will no longer be needed.

Termination of Services:

This tutoring agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.Learning with Lawanda reserves the right to terminate services due to:

• Uncooperative, excessively disruptive, or unresponsive student behavior.

• Failure to comply with the conditions outlined in this agreement.

• Lack of agreed upon payment.

If services must be terminated for these reasons, Learning with Lawanda will make every effort to provide sufficient notice and offer referrals or alternative suggestions upon request.
